Universal Versa Rudder Adapter Bundle

The Universal Versa Rudder Bundle includes the mounting adapter and all components needed to motorize most kayaks equipped with a factory rudder.

This system features a durable, double-hinged 90° Slide & Stow mechanism that lifts the rudder completely out of the water instantly. A gravity-driven locking system keeps the rudder engaged in forward and reverse, while automatically releasing in shallow water to help protect both the motor and rudder from impact.

Customize your setup to match your kayak by selecting your preferred configuration. Choose your steering option: the V-ARM™ Steering Bracket for kayaks with existing rudder lines, or Pole Steering for kayaks without steering lines. Select a gudgeon option: No Gudgeon, WillFit Gudgeon, or Simple Gudgeon. Then pair your system with either the Bixpy K-1 Outboard Kit or the Angler Pro Kit.

The Bixpy K-1 Motor delivers reliable performance in a compact, lightweight design. When paired with the PP-378 Outboard Battery (Outboard Kit), it produces 33 lbs of thrust. When paired with the PP-768 Battery (Angler Pro Kit), it delivers up to 38 lbs of thrust for increased power and runtime. The motor is shorter, quieter, and housed in a rugged aluminum casing, paired with a waterproof battery system for dependable use across a wide range of watercraft.
